Two years ago, the children of San Pancho did not have access to books in Spanish except through the school.   Now, with thanks to your donations and volunteer help,  there is a lending library with over 3,000 books in Spanish. 

The EntreAmigos library offers a collection of quality books, both in English and Spanish, with an emphasis on books for young Spanish-speakers.  Books are available for borrowing.

Kindergarten and primary students in San Pancho make regular visits to the library through a cooperative arrangement with the schools.

WE RECEIVED THE COMPUTERS!!        What a challenge it has been to process and finally receive this amazing donation from the city of Tacoma Washington.  A HUGE thank you to Bill and Karen Garrison for their hard work and incredible patience in making this happen.   We should have the computers installed in the schools and the library computer center up and running in the next few weeks!! 

Soon entreAmigos will open a computer center at the library. Classes in typing, basic computing and internet use will be offered. 

The computer center will be the only site in the region offering Elementary, Jr. High and High School “distance learning” degrees for  adults through an arrangement with the Nayarit Dept. of  Education.
